The Zellige Home Black Friday Cyber Monday 2025 Sale (“Cyber Monday”, “Black Friday”, or this “promotion”) includes discounts and free shipping on a wide range of in-stock styles. Valid while supplies last. Exclusions apply.
ELIGIBILITY AND PRICING
All prices for Black Friday and Cyber Monday items are as marked at the time of purchase; no additional discounts, reductions, or adjustments will apply beyond the stated Black Friday/Cyber Monday pricing. Only products explicitly designated for Black Friday or Cyber Monday are eligible for discounted pricing and free shipping under this promotion. Products not designated for Cyber Monday are excluded from this promotion and will remain available at regular prices.
ALL SALES FINAL
All eligible Black Friday/Cyber Monday orders are considered FINAL SALE. Our standard 3-hour window for cancellations and modifications DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY CYBER MONDAY ORDERS; no cancellations or changes will be accepted. By purchasing this promotion, you acknowledge and agree that no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided for any reason.
DURATION
This promotion is valid for a limited time only. Black Friday Cyber begins on November 28, 2025, at 12:01 am EST and ends on December 3, 2025, at 11:59 pm PST. Discounts offered during this promotion are NOT applicable to ANY orders placed before this promotion begins or after this promotion ends. No exceptions.
ADD-ON ORDERS (also known as - did not order enough tile!)
No add-on orders will be fulfilled at the discounted pricing once this promotion ends. We strongly encourage you to confirm the quantities before ordering. We also always recommend factoring in a minimum of 15% overage to account for additional needs due to potential cuts, common shipping breakage, and/or future repairs, as well as a minimum of 30% overage, as indicated, for specific items. Furthermore, suppose not enough tile is ordered and an add-on order is placed. In that case, there is NO guarantee that the add-on order will match the original order in color and size, as the material between production batches may vary.
SAMPLING
If you are sampling and your order does not arrive in time for Cyber Monday, we cannot extend this promotion beyond its official start and end dates. We are not responsible for any delivery delays once samples are shipped, including, but not limited to, delays caused by third-party carriers.
DELIVERY AREA/ADDITIONAL DELIVERY FEES
Free shipping on Black Friday and Cyber Monday applies only to shipping to the contiguous United States. Please note that if you are shipping to an area deemed hard to reach by our shipping provider, or if specialized equipment is required for delivery, additional fees will apply. Our shipping provider will determine the applicable fees before the delivery. These additional fees must be paid in full before your delivery. All orders must be inspected upon delivery, and any shortage or damage MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Do not refuse your shipment if it is damaged, as this will delay the claims process. Our standard shipping, delivery, and claims policies, as agreed during checkout, apply. Delivery times provided are estimates only, and delays due to third-party carrier issues or other factors beyond our control will not entitle you to cancellation, refund, or compensation.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions apply only to orders shipped within the

STORAGE/HOLDS
We do not store or hold paid or unpaid material in our warehouses for any reason. All tile
deliveries will be by appointment and will require a responsible party to be present for and sign for the delivery. (i.e. our shipping providers cannot leave tiles at the door.) Please ensure that the responsible party has reviewed how the tile will be delivered and our shipping policies. All deliveries are curbside only.
Failure to schedule an appointment with our shipping providers can result in non-refundable storage fees/or return shipping costs, and attempt fees, for which you will be responsible. Please refer to our comprehensive shipping and delivery policies.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the purchase or use of any eligible Black Friday or Cyber Monday items. By purchasing items during Black Friday or Cyber Monday, you acknowledge and agree that your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the products or any related claims is limited to the purchase price of the eligible items purchased during this promotion.
GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These terms and conditions of Black Friday and Cyber Monday are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without reference to its conflicts of law principles. The exclusive venue for any judicial action or dispute arising out of or relating to this promotion will be the state courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, or the federal courts located in the District of Delaware.
APPLICABILITY OF STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All purchases made during Black Friday and Cyber Monday are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions, except where expressly stated otherwise in this document. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by all such terms and conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any inconsistencies between this document and our standard Terms and Conditions regarding eligible Black Friday and Cyber Monday orders, the terms of this document shall control.
