RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Custom orders and clearance items are typically not eligible. Please review our full return policy on the Shipping and Returns page.
To initiate a return, contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for the return. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
