DESCRIPTION
Zanzibar is an energetic blue-green that echoes the tide meeting untouched shore - a captivating call to pristine coastlines. Vivid yet grounded, it brings a sense of vitality to any space.
Zellige tiles are individually shaped, glazed, and kiln-fired by hand, resulting in rich surface texture and organic variation. Irregular edges, tonal shifts, surface crazing, and occasional pits or chips that reveal the clay beneath are all natural characteristics of this material. These details honor centuries-old craftsmanship, adding depth, movement, and character to every installation.
Trim orders will be fulfilled and shipped based on availability. When you place an order, you will receive an estimated fulfillment lead time showing when your order will ship from our warehouse (not including transit time). Estimated lead times range from about 10 business days for in-stock items to 10-12 weeks for made-to-order products.

- Waterproof
Yes – Appropriate for wet environments, such as steam showers, fountains, and pool areas. Not suitable for shower floors. - Splash-proof
Yes – Perfect for surfaces that encounter moisture, including backsplashes, bathroom walls, and shower walls. - Heat Compatible
Somewhat – Compatible with radiant heating systems and safe for fireplace surrounds and stove backsplashes. Not suitable for direct high-heat contact (e.g., inside ovens or fireboxes). - Freeze/Thaw
No – Not recommended for areas that experience freeze/thaw cycles or are exposed to snow and ice. - Interior Floor
Yes – Designed for indoor use in kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and more. Rated for both light and heavy residential traffic as well as light commercial use. Not suitable for heavy commercial or industrial applications. - Exterior Floor
Yes, with limitations – Appropriate for outdoor areas like patios and terraces in mild climates. Steer clear of environments prone to freezing. - Interior Walls
